Little Old Man

What a stinkin' cutie!!! He put Hunters hat on himself like an old man! When I pulled out the phone to take a picture he posed and all! LOVE HIM!

Got the little guy weighed and he is just that... "A Little Guy!" He weighs 19# 9 oz.! I think we need to make him protein shakes or something. He will eat a good breakfast, and drink milk all day, but thats about it for food! We will get there, someday!

Wounds make boys look tuff.... right!?

Sunday as I was getting ready for church, and Tyson was at an early morning meeting, Hurley decided to pull the curling iron off the counter! Resulting in yet another burn! It was like slow motion for me. He pulled the cord and I watched it land on his arm. He didn't make a sound and I had enough time to think "oh, it must not be hot anymore." Then came the scream. Luckily it had been unplugged so it had started to cool off or it could have been even worse! Needless to say, this child has had some bad luck in the last few months!

30 weeks!

Large and in charge and starting to feel the discomfort! 10 weeks to go!

Hurleys ER visit

On December 28, 2010 we spent the morning in the ER. Hurley had been running a high fever of 105 for a couple days and we decided to see if we could get rid of it! It was so sad yet so nice because he obviously was so miserable, but he was SO cuddly! There is just something about a sick child that I have a love/hate relationship with! So long story short we spent 4 hours in the ER and had 2 sets of X-rays and found the he had a small case of pneumonia. We were sent home with an antibiotic and the next day he was a whole new kid!

And Hunter was happy with her carmel apple sucker! It was SO HARD to keep the entertained in the little room, with a curtain for a door, for 4 hours! IMPOSSIBLE! And little to eat or drink, and little attention from the staff! Every room was full and people were still in the waiting room! Glad we got there when we did!

New Year!!!

Happy New Year!!! This year I have decided to do something that I have never done before, realistically... Make goals! I was very hesitant to actually write them down because that makes it "official"! But I did it! With intentions of doing it for real this year(Isn't it everyones intentions, every year?). And on that list was to take more pictures and to blog more! So lucky for whoever reads, you may get some real updates! I want to do a blog book at the end of each year, and in order to do so I have to actually blog! So here is to success!!! Wish me luck!

So sadly I didn't take any New Years pictures (I hadn't written them down yet....) but we did have a good time and stayed up past midnight. Which hasn't happened much lately! We actually stayed up till 4am!!! Making for a tired morning. The kids still got the rest they needed, so we had to supplement!
