A new life...

Here is the last 3 weeks of our NEW life! First off, to all, sorry it took so long to post updates. We had company, our mothers came down to help and I didn't want to do it while they were visiting. So for Hurleys stats... at birth he was 7 lb 5 oz and 20 1/4 in. At his 2 weeks appt. he was up to a big 8 lb 1 oz. but hadnt put on any length. So doing well, considering Hunter was the same at birth and didnt hit 8 lbs till 2 MONTHS! So I think we are off to a good start. He is doing great at night and only wakes up one time usually. Sometimes 2. However, he doesnt sleep in his crib yet. He likes the vibrator and sleeps best is that. So hopefully it wont be a hard transition to the crib, but hey... whatever it takes to get sleep! It has been a lot different than bringing Hunter home because she slept all night long and in her crib the day we brought her home! Hurley has been more fussy, but doing better. I cant complain because its not like he screams all day long. So all in all, we are home, doing great, and loving our new addition.

5 days old

She always wants to be by him. and is not always very careful! most of the time not actually!

BIG sister. LITTLE brother.

Tyson came home from work with SWOLLEN eyes. This makes him look good. The poor guy reacted to something sweeping. They were almost swollen shut!

We got SNOW! this was all in one fall. we got more a couple days later! Utah didnt even have any yet! Poor Hunter. She has no snow clothes so we did our best to compromise. Thats what happens when you live where it doesnt snow and out of nowhere it does and you cant even get stuff at the store cause they dont sell it! and we dont have a snow shovel! so he used a dirt shovel!

She thinks she has to use eveything that is his. including his binkys! but she just puts them in her mouth. i think she forgot you suck them, not BITE!

when she isnt poking his eyes or gaging him trying to find his teeth, she is cute with him!

and finally, his first bath! It took his button 3 weeks to fall off so he just got his first bath last night! LOVED IT! He didnt even cry! I thought for sure he would get cold. He barely peeped when he was getting lotion on!

Im sure posting will be a little more distant now days. Props to all you mommys (DANA) out there who can keep up. I guess maybe Im just lazy...?
