28 weeks!

Yep, you guessed it, ANOTHER 5 LBS! I guess I should accept it this time, I actually look pregnant now and not just fat! Sorry honey, no more beer gut, this is a full on KEG! This was the fastest appointment yet! Only 30 min.! When I checked in I was like the 4th person there, and the first called back! Awesome! I hate when I am the first so sit, and the last called back. Which usually is what happens to me. I waited less then 5 min. I bet. Then probably only 5 min. when they took me to the exam room. That was the BEST!
So things are looking good. She said my iron had dropped from the last test, and I think she wanted to give me an iron RX, but I told her I didn't want one! The only way I would take it was if she gave me a stool softener with it. But she said she would just let it slide! Thank goodness! But Im sure that means I will have way low iron after I deliver again. It was WAY low after I had Hunter. SUCKY! I HATE IRON! But this time I know so I can ask for stool softeners!
So everyone tells me that your 2nd pregnancy goes way fast, and I have felt like this has been SO SLOW! I feel like I have been waiting to look pregnant forever and it should be time to be delivering now. Well, when was leaving she said "I'll see you again in 3 weeks, and then every 2 after that." Wow, ok, that made it seem a little close! I love it when the appts. get close. My favorite is the last month and they actually "check"! I am so excited! I can't wait to see this little guy!
So here I am at 28 weeks. I finally look as big as I feel. And still no slow down in activity! I think he is getting more active! Last night my tummy was moving crazy all over! Tyson said "It's creepy! You like it don't you?!" Me "I LOVE IT!"

Shot!

Yesterday I get a picture message from Tyson saying "I got hit in the chest". Of course, if you know Tyson, my first thought is what a nerd. Then I take a better look at the picture and notice that he is on a hospital bed with the paper on it and all, so then I start to rethink my thought. So I decide to write back and say/ask "whatever. with what?". Then I get a phone call from a co-worker telling me he was working and his hammer exploded. What? I have never heard of that before. Well, long story short, he was using a hammer and the hammer really did kinda explode. Pieces chipped off and it's like shrapnel from bullets. So he was bleeding profusely and he was all alone! Got a little freaked out but realized he was alone and needed to stay calm. So he left the job site, drove to the shop, picked up someone to go to the clinic with him, and he said that everyone who saw him was treating him like he was dying, which it kinda looks like! So they took x-rays to see what they could find inside him and they found metal. But the Dr. said it would do more damage trying to get it out than to just leave it! So he is left with metal in his chest! And amazingly, his shirt came almost all the way clean, I am going to run it through the wash again and see if more comes out.

Looks fake right? I thought so.

Rhino ride!

Sunday we went up to High Rolls to have dinner with a friend. He decided to take us to see his new antler shop "Shellys Landing". It was really fun. We had to take both Rhinos since we couldn't all fit in one. I was going to hold Hunter on my lap and our friend Roger asked if she could just be buckled in. I don't think that would work. She would try to get out, of the moving vehicle. Yeah, not real safe. So Tyson decided to get the car seat! Good thing I have a smart husband! I thought it was funny. But it ended up working really well! She had a great time!

Getting ready to leave!
"Cool Girl!" That is what we say when she wears her glasses! There was not a windshield on the Rhino so the glasses kept the bugs out!
We stopped to cross the highway and He had been holding her hand! How cute is that!
Look at all the antlers! Crazy! If I would have only taken pictures of everything inside! There has to be like 10 times the amount inside that is already made into things.
Just a few of the chandeliers. They covered the ceiling of every room! Plus he had tables, benches, lamps, bottle holders, you name it! This place was awesome!

Getting ready to leave the shop to go back!
The Sunset we came home to. My camera does not do it justice. This was the most bright red sunset I have ever seen. It was nuts!

*Keep on reading for the next post. It's new also!

Ultra Sound

We had another ultrasound today. Everything looked good. We got to see him moving his tongue around, that was crazy. And he got the hiccups at the beginning. It was fun to see him move and feel it at the same time. I hadn't seen the hiccups on ultrasound before. He is still a boy, I made sure to get some confirmation! Now I feel safe to actually buy stuff. Poor kid is going to be naked, or in girl clothes. We haven't bought one thing for him yet. Just some crib bedding. The little monster is there is getting so BIG! I was TOTALLY shocked when she told us he weighs 1 lb. 14 oz.! What! I still have 3 more months! But she said that was just barely over average. It sounds huge to me!

Uh, This one is self explanitory!!!

His cute little feet crossed! Hunter always crosses hers! Like sister like brother I guess!

And, of course, his face. He would not move his hands from the face for the life of him. I moved positions and all, and nothing! He must have been comfy!

Sorry, no belly picture today. However, I asked Tyson if I looked the same in pictures as in real life, and he agrees with me. I look bigger in real life than pictures. (and I sure feel it too!)
