Great day for a picnic!

For lunch today I decided to pack Hunter and I a little lunch and go sit under a tree and the park for a picnic!  It was fun.  She ate her whole sandwich and munched on some raisins and graham crackers.  Surprisingly she actually stayed close too.  I thought for sure that she would wander to the road or to the other kids playing but she listened to me very good.  She would get about 10 feet from me and and I would tell her to "Come back" and she would turn right around and come for another bite!  I sure to LOVE her!

Eating her PBJ!!

I couldn't pick which of these 2 to post so I decided to do both!

The wind does wonders for me!  But I couldn't resist, she actually kinda said "Cheese!" for this one, as you can see by her face!  It was so cute, I had to laugh!

I am proud to say that I have put my new sewing machine to use and made my Hunter a dress!  It was a good experience.  I think I am ready for the next task.  But I don't know how grandma Jensen does it, makes her and grandpas clothes.  I am glad we have the means to purchase our clothes and make them for fun not necessity like back in those days!

We had a youth temple trip on Saturday, March 14.  The nearest temple to us is in Albuquerque which is a long 3.5 hour drive away!  Therefore when we have a temple trip it's an ALL DAY thing.  I am so happy to say that I am so proud of the youth in our ward.  We have such good participation every time.  Maybe it's cause they know we go out to eat after wards... which was really good!  But sadly, I only remember doing baptisms for the dead in my youth one time.  How sad is that when we only had to go like 25 minutes away.  You don't realize how lucky you are to live in Utah surrounded by temples until you're gone... of course.
